Spark Car Wash

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EXPERIENCED AT A CAR WASH. I came to Wash My Car, Not Be Intimidated or Touched by an Employee!!! I recently moved to New Jersey and was genuinely excited to find a car wash that reminded me of one I used back home. I was so impressed initially that I actually purchased a membership on my first visit. Unfortunately, after my experience with an employee named Santos, I’m seriously questioning that decision. First, the facility itself could use some improvement. They use what appears to be a dog wash station as the mat washing area, which is honestly something management should consider investing in if they want customers to feel like they’re getting a quality experience. But that wasn’t even my biggest issue. My biggest issue was Santos and his absolutely terrible approach to customer service. I was vacuuming my car when Santos approached me with his hand on his hip and an attitude from the moment he walked up and said “DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN HERE?” I immediately apologized. I had no idea I had gone over the posted 15 min limit. It was my FIRST TIME at this location, and once he pointed out the rule, I understood. I had absolutely no pro

Mike was very helpful as this was my first time going. My five year old was so psyched to stay in the car during the car wash. I was impressed with the things they had to help clean the inside of the car although I didn't take advantage of all of them this time.

Shemp or Shem was really nice and made my first experience there a good one. When I first got there he was at cashier station and was patient with me while I looked for my half price coupon on my phone. It took longer for me to find than I would like but he never showed impatience. Then we went through the car wash and it was nice and clean when we got out of it. We then went to the vacuum bays to wipe down the outside dry with the complementary micro fiber cloths, window cleaner and vacuum. I then saw Shem again and he showed me how to use the mat cleaner when I asked him how it works. Again very nice guy. In all took about 20 or 25 min to clean and wipeand vacuum the inside and interior but man it looked good. It looked much better than those car washes that charge $20 or more but leave your car looking like crap because no one other than professional detailer will get your as clean as you can. More than likely will get a membership that you can use at any of their locations but only after trying it one more time to make sure they're consistent. Would recommend after my first trip there
